PT Cengkareng Permai is one of the largest building material manufacturers in Indonesia with more than 40 years of experience supplying various kinds of building materials to well-known developers and contractors in the country.

Our focus is to always maintain perfect product consistency through a strict quality control process. To always be innovative in this industry, we have a technical division (Engineering Division), a development division (Research and Development Division) and even our own paint manufacturing division who work hard to ensure that PT Cengkareng Permai is always at the forefront of the industry.

OUR COMPANY'S BACKGROUND

PT Cengkareng Permai was founded in 1983 and is engaged in the roof tile and terrazzo flooring industry which was later developed by producing concrete, metal and other PVC products. In 1994 PT Cengkareng Permai no longer produced terrazzo floors due to reduced market demand, which shifted to prefer ceramic floors. In 2000 the factory location was moved to Purwakarta on an area of more than 10 hectares in order to increase production capacity to meet growing market demand.

We are one of the largest concrete roof tile manufacturers in Indonesia and have supplied more than half of the residential projects located in Greater Jakarta. In addition, PT Cengkareng Permai has factories in Jakarta, Surabaya, Makassar and management is committed to continuing to develop the company with the vision of being able to participate in building the nation by supplying building material needs throughout the archipelago.
